The swimming pool was available and clean. Breakfast included a large variety of options and fresh service. The staff provided quick, helpful responses. A lift was available, which I especially appreciated.

excellent stay with lovely amenities
clean room warm pool sun loungers
the family room we secured for £88 was clean and comfortably warm. we found it well-stocked with tea, sugar, coffee, and even biscoff biscuits (a small touch, but good!). the warm pool was a highlight, alongside the provided pool towels and sun loungers. we also appreciated the indoor table tennis.
during breakfast, the flooring in the corridors and dining room created a disturbance. i noticed that every time someone walked past our table, my chair and the table shook. it became quite annoying while i was trying to eat.

the hotel boasts a superb location, offering easy access to nearby beaches and the town center. fistral beach is conveniently within sight from rooms. i found it quite easy to walk to the beach and into town.

the staff members were consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. they were always happy to assist and provide helpful information when asked. i particularly appreciated their cheerful greetings each morning and ever-present smiles.

The location was easy to find, especially being new to the area. I appreciated the available parking spaces. My room was comfortable. The bed ensured restful sleep after my long work days.
The room I stayed in felt warm because there was no air conditioning. I found it difficult to sleep as a result. Noise from other guests was audible at night. The walls are also very thin.
